I recently had the opportunity to speak at the Precious Women Organisation's Empowerment Breakfast to a select group of women who are on different levels of their business journeys.

I had opted to speak on fear. You see fear is weird because you might be doing great things but still be afraid to take a step to the next level.

And it does not matter what kind of achievements you may have had in the past, fear can be debilitating. It tells that you can't go further.

I have found that in identifying the things that I feared the most, whether its failure, not knowing what I am doing or how people will look at me - and overcoming them - I have less fear to worry about. I hope you all can identify your fears and chuck them out the window.
